This is an old and fine Coastal Sepik food pounder collected by myself in Kaup Lagoon last year. The piece has a classic long-nose ancestral figure and a great glossy patina from generations of use. The pounder is 17 ½" in height, dates to the 1920/30s and sells for $2800. Questions?
